PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Strong focus on online promotion, with investment in the creation of the company’s own online store, where the sales processes for services and products are agile, direct and immediate for potential international clients. The project also aims to expand and strengthen its presence in e-marketplaces and to enhance visibility and positioning in target international markets through investment in online promotional campaigns, SEO, and content for social media marketing (SMM), extending its sales to three external markets: Spain, France and the United States.
OBJECTIVES
To create a new proprietary online store for the company, available in five languages (PT, ES, FR, IT, EN), for the sale of its products and services in external markets.
To develop a structured and consistent promotion policy and action plan in external markets, including the creation of digital content (web and mobile) and investment in targeted advertising and promotional campaigns on websites and search engines.
To act and make decisions based on advanced customer management technologies (CRM), automating digital commercial processes, strengthening customer proximity, and collecting critical customer information.
To increase the company’s immediate visibility and brand awareness by optimising its positioning in search engine results (SEO) and strengthening its presence in e-marketplaces.
To improve digital performance through the creation of a proactive, real-time digital management and monitoring model that enables the measurement of reach and systematic evaluation of promotional actions’ results, supported by investment in analytics systems.
To export digitally to three external markets: Spain, France and the United States.
